Med spas · The report
Is your med spa in the answer when AI is asked about your treatments?
Not one score for the clinic - a reading per treatment, because that is how patients ask.

We have already run this in Austin, TX: across 3 readings the assistant drew on 5 businesses in this trade and showed a handful at a time. Your report places you against that list, name by name.
Our own gate rig: 3 readings in Austin, TX on logged-in ChatGPT, one question asked repeatedly. Every figure here is recomputed from the raw answers on each build.
What this covers for med spas
- The query set is treatment-level: botox near me, lip filler, laser hair removal, who does the best injectables, is it safe.
- Med spa is one of the categories we have mapped in full. A clinic is routinely named for one treatment and absent for the next - a single clinic-level score hides that entirely.
- We record which clinics are named per treatment in your city, and the sentence the assistant quotes about each.
- Raw answers, dated and surface-labelled.
How it runs
- You send the clinic's website, the city, and the treatments that matter most to the month.
- We build the query set per treatment - neurotoxins, dermal filler, laser hair removal, microneedling, body contouring, skin resurfacing - plus the questions that come before the booking: is it safe, how long does it last, what is the downtime, who is qualified to inject.
- Each query is run and the answer captured whole: which clinics are named, in what order, and the sentence written about each.
- The same for the clinics that keep appearing in your city, treatment by treatment.
- We read your site as HTML and mark which treatment facts exist as text and which are locked in a designed menu graphic.
What you get, and in what form
A reading per treatment, not per clinic. Being named for neurotoxins and absent for laser is a specific and fixable gap; one clinic-level number erases it.
Full answer text, date and surface for every query, so any of it can be re-run and checked.
A list of what your site does not state in text - typically units and price ranges, injector credentials, downtime, contraindications and aftercare - ordered by how often it was the fact an assistant needed and could not find.

What this does not do
This is a measurement, not placement, and we will not claim otherwise.
We are not your regulator and not your lawyer. Where a fix touches advertising rules for a procedure in your state, we write it so it can be reviewed and you decide what goes live.
We do not audit classic Google rankings, because we do not measure them.
Questions med spas ask us
We advertise heavily. Doesn't that carry over?
Ads and quoted answers are separate systems. In our own citation map roughly half the pages an AI answer quoted were not in the first ten organic results for the same question, and paid placement does not enter that selection at all.
We are physician-owned with an MD on site. Does that change anything?
It is one of the strongest facts you have and it is usually invisible. Supervising physician, injector licence type and training show up in careful answers about aesthetic procedures far more than marketing language does - but only if they exist as text rather than as an implication.
We just added a new device. Can it be included?
Yes, and it is worth doing early. A treatment that is new in your city often has an empty answer slot - nobody is named yet because few clinics have written anything a machine can quote about it.
