Med spas · Fixes, done for you

Your med spa site cannot be quoted safely. Here is what to fix.

In aesthetics the barrier is usually credentials and clarity, not design.

What we have measured in this trade

Every one of the 6 readings we took in this trade used web search, so the answer is reachable by a page - which is what makes a fix worth doing at all. In the readings where we captured sources, the domains behind the answer were discovermedspa.com, beautyplaces.com.

What this covers for med spas

  • The treatment menu as a designed image. Beautiful, and unreadable - treatment names, units and price ranges have to exist as text.
  • Provider credentials not stated. RN, NP, PA, MD, supervising physician, years injecting. A careful answer about an aesthetic procedure looks for exactly this, and most clinic sites imply it rather than state it.
  • Pricing hidden behind a consultation. A stated range is quotable; “call for pricing” is not.
  • Units, sessions and intervals absent. How many units a typical forehead takes, how many microneedling or laser hair removal sessions a course runs to, how far apart, and how long a neurotoxin result lasts before a top-up. Patients ask all four before they book, and most clinic sites answer none of them.
  • Before-and-after galleries with no text. Treatment, units, sessions and timeframe belong in words beside the images.
  • No safety, contraindication or aftercare content. Patients ask an assistant “is it safe” before they ask who does it - and there is nothing on your site to answer it.
  • You get the marked list, the fixes, and a re-scan.

How it runs

  1. We start from a report so the work is aimed at treatments that actually failed.
  2. The site is read as HTML, treatment by treatment. Every clinical and commercial fact is marked present-as-text, image-only, or absent.
  3. We write the missing material with you: indications, units or sessions, price ranges, downtime, contraindications, aftercare, injector credentials and supervising physician.
  4. You review everything against your state's advertising rules before anything is published. We put live only what your clinic has approved, on your own site, and nothing else.
  5. Three to four weeks after the changes, the original treatment queries are re-run and you get a before-and-after.

What you get, and in what form

A marked list, treatment by treatment, of what cannot currently be read on your site, with the specific page and line.

The facts that have to exist as words, written and put live on your site once you approve them, including the safety and contraindication material that most clinic sites omit entirely.

Provider profiles rewritten to state licence type, training and supervising physician instead of implying them.

A re-scan on the same treatment queries afterwards, reported either way.

What this does not do

No promise of placement in any assistant's answer.

We do not give medical or regulatory advice. We write what your clinicians tell us, in a form that can be quoted, and your team signs it off.

We do not touch your EMR, your consent forms or your patient records.

Questions med spas ask us

Are we allowed to publish prices and credentials?

Rules differ by state and by procedure, and we are not your regulator or your lawyer. In practice ranges, credentials and aftercare content are standard published material in this category. Where you are unsure, we write it so it can be checked and you decide what goes live.

Our menu is a designed PDF that took a designer two weeks. Do we lose it?

Keep it. It stays as the download; the same content also exists as a page in text. Patients who want the beautiful version get it, and the machine reading the site finally gets something it can quote.

Why does aftercare content matter for being found?

Because patients ask what happens afterwards before they ask who does it. A clinic that answers the first question is present in the conversation where the second one gets decided; a clinic that only lists services is not in that conversation at all.
