Med spas · A new site
A new site for your med spa - one page per treatment, credentials stated
Built the way patients ask and the way careful answers are assembled.

Of the businesses the assistant named in this trade that we could check, 4 of 4 run their own live site. Having a site is not the bar - having one an assistant can quote is.
Our own gate rig: 3 readings in Austin, TX on logged-in ChatGPT, one question asked repeatedly. Every figure here is recomputed from the raw answers on each build.
What this covers for med spas
- A page per treatment, with indications, units or sessions, price range, downtime and aftercare in text.
- Provider profiles with licence type, training and supervising physician stated.
- A safety and contraindication section written to be quoted, not to be skipped.
- Consultation booking that leaves a readable page underneath it.
- Before-and-after galleries with the procedure described in words beside each set.
How it runs
- We start from the measurement, so the structure answers the treatments the old site failed on.
- Structure: a page per treatment, a page per provider, a safety and aftercare section, stated price ranges, and consultation booking that leaves a readable page underneath it.
- Clinical copy comes from an interview with your injectors and is approved by them before it is built.
- Build, with before-and-after sets described in words - treatment, units or sessions, timeframe - beside the images.
- Launch, then a scan four weeks later against the treatment queries from step one.
What you get, and in what form
One page per treatment, so a patient asking about one procedure lands on the page about that procedure rather than on a menu.
Provider profiles with licence type, training, years injecting and supervising physician stated as text.
Course-based treatments described as courses - a laser hair removal or microneedling page states the session count, the interval and what a full course costs, instead of pricing a single session and leaving the patient to guess.
A safety, contraindication and aftercare section written to be read and quoted rather than skipped.
Price ranges stated. A range is quotable; “call for pricing” is a dead end for both a patient and a machine.
A measurement four weeks after launch on the treatment queries the old site failed.
What this does not do
A new site does not buy an answer slot. It removes the reasons you could not be quoted, and the outcome is measured and reported honestly.
Clinical claims are yours. We will not write an efficacy claim your clinicians have not approved, and we will push back on any that cannot be supported.
By invoice, limited slots. If patching would get most of the way there, we will tell you - it is one rung down and costs a fraction.
Questions med spas ask us
We change our treatment list constantly. Does that break this?
It is why the structure is one page per treatment rather than one long menu. Adding, retiring or renaming a treatment is one page, not a rebuild - and the monitoring set follows the same list.
Our injectors are the draw. How is that reflected?
A page each, cross-linked from every treatment they perform, with credentials and training in text. In aesthetics the practitioner is most of the decision, and on most clinic sites the practitioner is a first name under a photograph.
We are opening a second location. Does the structure hold?
Yes - treatments stay one page each, locations get their own pages with their own providers and hours, and the treatment pages name which locations offer them. The measurement then runs per location, because the answers differ by city.
