Roofing contractors · Fixes, done for you
Your roofing site does not answer what homeowners ask AI. Here is what to fix.
We mark what an assistant cannot read on your site, then make those changes ourselves once you have approved them.

What we have measured in this trade
Every one of the 6 readings we took in this trade used web search, so the answer is reachable by a page - which is what makes a fix worth doing at all. In the readings where we captured sources, the domains behind the answer were thumbtack.com.
Our own gate rig: 2 readings in Austin, TX on logged-in ChatGPT, one question asked repeatedly. Every figure here is recomputed from the raw answers on each build.
What this covers for roofing companies
- No service area in text. Towns and counties shown only on a map graphic cannot be read. Listed in text, they can.
- Licence, bonding and insurance numbers missing or in an image. These are the first things a cautious homeowner asks for, and the first things a careful answer cites.
- The gallery with no words. Thirty photographs of finished roofs and not one sentence saying what was done, with what material, in which town.
- Financing and warranty terms inside a PDF. Two of the top questions in this category, in the one format assistants handle worst.
- No emergency path in HTML. A phone number inside a script is a phone number an assistant cannot hand over.
- You get the marked list, the fixes, and a re-scan afterwards.
How it runs
- We start from a report so the work targets queries that actually failed.
- The site is read as HTML. Every fact a homeowner needs is marked present-as-text, script-only, or absent.
- We write the missing material with you: the service area by town and county, the licence, bond and insurance numbers, the financing terms, the warranty, the insurance-claim process in your own words.
- We make the changes on your site ourselves, once you have approved every one. Access is for that job alone and yours to take back the day it is done.
- Three to four weeks later we re-run the original queries and hand you a before-and-after.
What you get, and in what form
A page-by-page marked list of what cannot currently be read on your site, with the specific line named - not a generic audit.
The parts that have to exist as words, written and put live on your site, including the claim explainer, which is the single most asked question in this category and the one most roofing sites answer with a photograph of a truck.
A re-scan afterwards on the same queries. If nothing moved, the file says so.
Fixes, done for you
$399 $499
With our badge in your footer. Without it, $499. One-time. Re-scan after the work.
What this does not do
No promise of placement. We make the facts readable and then measure, in both directions.
We do not touch your CRM, your estimating software or your lead-buying accounts. This is the public site only.
Questions roofing companies ask us
Will this get me recommended by AI?
No one can promise that, and we do not. What we can do is make the facts a homeowner needs readable on a page an assistant can reach, then measure whether the answer changed - and tell you if it did not.
Our licence number is on the truck and in the footer image. Is that not enough?
For a person, yes. For a machine reading the page, an image is opaque - the number has to exist as characters somewhere on the site. It is a five-minute change and it is one of the most common gaps we see in this category.
We buy leads already. Why does the site matter?
Bought leads and quoted answers are separate channels and one does not feed the other. A homeowner who asks an assistant instead of filling in a lead form never enters the system you are paying for.
